- Physical exam including routine blood work
and a cholesterol check
- HIV Test
- Mammogram and pap test
- Skin examination
- Dental examination
- Eye examination
- Colonoscopy (if over age 50)
If you see a chiropractor, then this is a
good time for a spinal check up as well. Then you can top it all
off by going to a day spa and enjoying a day of self-care. You deserve
it after taking such wonderful care of your physical body.
